Clause n ° 1: Purpose

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of La Manufacture and its client in connection with the sale of the following goods: Work of art, paintings, photos, sculptures.
Any service performed by La Manufacture therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Clause n ° 2: Price

The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros, they will be increased by the VAT rate and transport costs applicable on the day of the order.
La Manufacture grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.

Clause n ° 3: Discounts and rebates

The proposed prices include the discounts and rebates that La Manufacture would be required to grant in view of its results or the assumption by the buyer of certain services.

Clause n ° 4: Discount

No discount will be granted in the event of early payment.

Clause n ° 5: Terms of payment

The selling price of the Works is displayed on the Site in Euros and includes all taxes, with the exception of delivery and packaging costs where applicable.

The different possible delivery methods and the related costs are indicated at the time of the order summary. Delivery and packaging costs depend on the nature of the work, its dimensions, its weight, as well as the place of delivery.

The payment of the price of the work by the Buyer to the Seller is made via the payment services made available by La Manufacture: card and bank transfer (the conditions of use of which are available at the following address: www.lamanufacture.com).

The transfer of ownership occurs once the full price has been paid by the Buyer. In the event of non-payment of the full price, the sale will be automatically canceled, and the work put back for sale on the La Manufacture website. When registering the order, the buyer must pay the full amount.

Clause n ° 6: Delivery of works

The delivery of the works ordered is made to the address indicated in the order summary form, during working hours and according to the terms and conditions provided by the delivery provider determined when ordering.

The Purchaser has the obligation to inquire about the terms and delivery times implemented by the various delivery providers

The delivery time indicated during the registration of the order is given only as an indication and is in no way guaranteed.

Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the buyer's benefit to:

The risk of transport is borne in full by the buyer.
In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered letter sent to the Manufacture.

Clause n ° 7: Force majeure

La Manufacture cannot be held liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.

Clause n ° 8: Competent court

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Paris Commercial Court.
